Terms of Service & Legal Notice

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Dial Quest, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, millimeter sizing diagrams, caliber dimensions, and pricing. Independent Horology Brand Notice: Dial Quest is an independent supplier of aftermarket watch accessories, custom modding parts, and storage gear. Dial Quest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Seiko Watch Corporation, Rolex, Tudor, Omega, WOLF 1834, or ETA SA. Any references to specific brand names, case shapes (e.g., "SKX007 compatible case"), or movement designations (e.g., NH35/NH36) are made strictly for descriptive fitment, compatibility context, and technical clarity. Dial Quest reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Water Resistance, DIY Assembly & Pressure Testing Disclaimer

DIY Watchmaking & Mechanical Skill Warning: Installing custom watch cases, sapphire crystals, hand sets, and movements requires specialized horological bench tools (such as crystal presses, hand-setting tools, and caseback wrenches) and careful hand dexterity. Never force a crown stem or overtighten caseback threads. Water Resistance Testing: While our mod cases feature engineered screw-down crowns and Viton rubber gaskets rated up to 100m - 200m theoretical static depth, custom-assembled watches MUST be professionally dry and wet pressure-tested by a qualified watchmaker prior to water submersion. Dial Quest is not liable for bent movement pivots, scratched dials, dust inside cases, bent watch hands, stripped screw threads, or water damage resulting from home assembly without certified pressure testing.
